Case Study: Zoe O. (2024)
"Case Study: Zoe O." is an imaginary psychological study that aims to find out the reason behind the subject, Zoe, filming videos of herself while doing her makeup.

Zoe O. is a pseudonym formed from my name with the same logic that was used in the case study of Bertha Pappenheim a.k.a. Anna O. The study had a significant impact on the development of psychoanalysis and even though Anna's symptoms differ from Zoe's, the importance of getting the opportunity to talk freely about what comes to mind ties their cases together.

The topics Zoe addresses both directly and indirectly in her videos are for example her severe social anxiety, her healthy and not so healthy coping mechanisms, her romantic relationship, her friendships and her struggles finding the balance between being extremely afraid of being perceived but at the same time craving attention and validation.
